The intern will perform the duties within the Employee Services Team (Human Resources). The target objective for this project will be to improve human resources process and provide administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment and employee relations.
Provide direct support to other HR groups and company management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. Receive and responds to requests concerning HR policies/programs. Finally, the intern will input employee personal data into human resources information system (HRIS) database.
We are looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) university student in her/his last year of college degree. Ideally, student of bachelor/ master degree in human resources, business administration or any other related field.
